Account Deletion Request

Users of the AIAA Region II Student Conference platform, including the RSC mobile and desktop applications, may request the permanent deletion of their account and all associated personal data at any time. We are committed to ensuring your data is handled securely and in accordance with your preferences.

To initiate an account deletion process, please submit a formal written request via email to our support team at [email protected].

Your request must include the following information:

• The username or email address associated with the account you wish to delete.
• A clear and formal statement confirming your request to permanently delete the account and its associated data.

Verification and Processing

To protect the security and integrity of user information, Dellinger Technologies LLC reserves the right to validate the authenticity of the account holder before completing any deletion request. This verification process may include a confirmation email sent to the registered address or other commercially reasonable identity validation measures.

Once your identity and request have been successfully verified, the account deletion will be completed as soon as is practically possible. Please note that once an account is deleted, this action is irreversible, and all associated data—including judging profiles, registration information, and conference history—will be permanently purged from our active systems.

Certain information may be retained for a limited period if required by law, for legitimate business purposes (such as financial record-keeping), or to prevent fraud, as further detailed in our Privacy Policy.
