Conference Schedule
The conference registration is on Sunday, March 30, 2008 from 4 PM - 10 PM. We ask all attendees to check-in with the AIAA registration table before checking in with the hotel.
Presenters will have the opportunity to upload their visual aids during check-in. For more information regarding visual aids, please review the session format page.
Faculty advisors, professional AIAA members, conference committee members, as well as, special guests will be invited to get to know each other at the hospitality suite on Sunday evening.
The conference opening ceremony will be Monday morning and will be followed by the technical sessions. A luncheon featuring our guest speaker (more information to be added) will be served around noon, followed by afternoon sessions.
Currently we are working on the specifics for an activity on Monday night.
Tuesday will continue with technical sessions and will include the field trip to Kennedy Space Center.
The Awards Banquent will be held Tuesday evening. Our guest speaker will be announced soon. Business attire is requested.
Students' rooms will be reserved for Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday nights, so everyone can get a good night's sleep before they have to drive home.
Several other items are still in the works for the conference including the officers' meeting, faculty dinner, and the possibility of a career fair. As they are confirmed we will update this page with more information.
