Welcome to the online registration for the AIAA Southeastern Regional Student Conference. Registration Features Site Profile/Conference Registration - You must create a login to the site to register. This is because your site profile is specific to you and allows us to deliver content and features that are more customized for your specific needs. Your registration is tied to to your site profile so do not share your login with anyone. Updatable Registration - Once you submit your registration, you can return later to review and update it, as long as registration is still open. This should give you more flexibility in deciding on your options. Roommate Selection Tool - In the past, there has been unnecessary confusion and extra work surrounding the assignment of student roommates at the conference. Now we provide you with a virtual roommate tool to facilitate this process. After registering, you have the option of creating a virtual room or joining a room that already exists. If you are the room owner, you may invite other conference registrants to room with you. Once you are part of a room, you also have the option to leave that room if you choose. The tool will automatically filter your roommate selection options to those that are valid for your registration. Presentation Registration - Your registration summary page has options for adding descriptions of any presentations you may be giving at the conference. You will also be able to edit these while registration is open. Technical papers need to uploaded via the paper submittal process at www.aiaa.org Design Team Registration - There is a separate registration area for describing design teams that your university will be sending to the conference. We require that the team leader fill out this information to register the design team. Once the design team info is created, only the creator (team leader) will be able to edit it. The team leader should also upload the design team letter of intent at www.aiaa.org. A non-refundable registration fee is due after you register. Students should submit your registration fee to your faculty advisor. The faculty advisor will then submit a package of all fees from the university delegation to the conference administrator at the address indicated on the contacts page. A delegate wishing to bring a spouse may do so but will receive no reimbursal for the spouse's expenses. Spouses and guests are welcome at all of the technical sessions, the field trip and may attend the Thursday luncheon and Friday banquet provided tickets are reserved in advance on your registration. Please do not include spouse/guest ticket payment with your registration fee. Spouse/guest tickets should be paid for (cash or check only) at the time of receipt at conference arrival/check-in.
